Please note that the following terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of the GoTrainings website (“Site”) and the services provided by GoTrainings (“Services”). By using the Site and Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the Site or Services.

Site and Services: GoTrainings is an online platform that provides access to educational courses and learning materials. The Site and Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. GoTrainings reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site or Services at any time, without notice.

Registration and Account: In order to access certain features of the Site and Services, you may need to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and for all activities that occur under your account.

Payment and Fees: Access to certain courses or features of the Site and Services may require payment of fees. By purchasing a course or accessing a feature that requires payment, you agree to pay the applicable fees and any applicable taxes. GoTrainings reserves the right to modify its fees and pricing policies at any time, without notice.

Intellectual Property: The Site and Services, including all content, text, images, and other materials, are the property of GoTrainings or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content on the Site or Services without the prior written consent of GoTrainings.

User Content: You are solely responsible for any content, comments, or materials that you post, upload, or otherwise submit to the Site or Services (“User Content”). You agree that you will not submit any User Content that is illegal, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. GoTrainings reserves the right to remove any User Content that it deems inappropriate or in violation of these Terms.

Disclaimer of Warranties: GoTrainings makes no representations or warranties regarding the Site or Services, including without limitation, the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content or materials available on the Site or Services. The Site and Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Limitation of Liability: In no event shall GoTrainings be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Site or Services, including without limitation, damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangibles, even if GoTrainings has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold GoTrainings, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents, harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or Services, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of the Province of Ontario.
